A very warm welcome from helpful staff who genuinely care about customers. I was talked through various options (including a very reasonable quote for resizing) for my wedding ring which was too small, I found a second hand one from the extensive range of second hand jewellery in the front window. Very happy, I would recommend anyone looking for a jeweller in Gloucester.
